Linear Vibrating Screen is a new type of screening equipment, widely used in mining, coal, smelting, building materials, refractories, light industry, chemical and other industries. Linear vibrating screen has the advantages of stable and reliable, low consumption, low noise, long life, stable vibration and high screening efficiency. It can also be used for the screening and grading of powder and granular materials, in plastics, abrasives, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, building materials, food, carbon and fertilizer industries.



The linear vibrating screen uses the vibrating motor as the vibration source. Materials are throwed up on the screen and move forward. Materials are classified into several kinds of oversized particels and undersized particles through the multi-layer screen and discharged from the respective outlet. The maximum screening mesh is 400 mesh. It can sieved out 7 different particle sizes.
